Audrey McLoghlin founded Frank & Eileen with the goal to model and support female entrepreneurship as a force for good. They are women-owned and women-led and even have a space in their headquarters for new mothers to breastfeed, pump, or simply spend time with their babies. Mother Earth is the personification of nature that focuses on the life-giving and nurturing aspects of nature by embodying it, in the form of the mother. By using Mother Earth as the concept for the design of Frank & Eileen’s office, I can place an emphasis on both nature and women empowerment and truly embody the sustainability of the company, but also the ability of the women who work there to nurture their children.
